Cheese Steaks

As everyone knows, the Philadelphia Cheese steak (aka "Philly Cheesesteak," "Philly Cheese Steak" or just "Nectar of the Gods") is nature's most perfect food, combining all four basic food groups (assuming you get peppers, onions and/or mushrooms) in perfect balance. For reasons that are still a mystery to science, this most wonderful of gastronomic discoveries can only be found in the Philadelphia area (and the White House in Atlantic City, of course).

This hasn't stopped a variety of enterprising purveyors of comistables from around the country from attempting to bring the Cheesesteak to the masses. To date, none of them has succeeded. I guess it's like Champagne. If it comes from anywhere besides the South of France, it's just sparkling wine.

So who makes the best cheese steak? Well, opinions vary, but if you go to any one of these guys, you won't be disappointed.
